Our Triple is a Belgian beer specialty. Brewed with white and brown rock candy and with the addition of 2 different Belgian yeasts, this high-proof beer style developed its unique aroma. This fine beer speciality matured from a fruity, heavy doppelbock in a red wine barrel. In the barrique, with sour cherries added, an extremely complex sour beer was created. Embedded in old Tram whisky casks, this fine Belgian triple was stored for two years on the hillside of Klösterlistutz.
