The brewery opened its doors at the same time as the Old Tram Depot in the winter of 1998. The beer has always been produced here in huge copper kettles in the middle of the restaurant. All beers are unfiltered, natural and produced without chemical additives - a natural product! Brewing takes place four to six times a week, resulting in more than 3,000 hectolitres of beer per year.
