You can become a brewer by completing an apprenticeship as a food technologist (LMT) specializing in beer brewing. We offer this apprenticeship every two to three years. Depending on whether the current apprentice is completing a two or three-year apprenticeship.

We will train you to become a chef! We offer you a varied apprenticeship in which you will learn everything from à la carte service to banquets and events. Respectful interaction is important to us, and our experienced apprentice trainers will support you along the way.

Are you currently studying at a hotel management school or would you like to apply soon? You can complete your internship with us in either the 3rd or 5th semester. We offer a varied position where you can gain an insight into the entire spectrum of the hospitality industry and learn a lot. The job adverts are posted on the hotel management school's job board.

If you want to complete your studies while working, we have a great offer for you. With us, you can work 50-70% and we create the ideal conditions for a smooth transition between studies and work. Depending on your previous knowledge, you can work in the kitchen or in service. Further advantages: We pay fairly and you can be in Thun in 35 minutes.
